IBPS PO exam pattern

The IBPS PO exam has three stages – Preliminary Test, Mains and Interview. The preliminary test is conducted online and has 100 questions. The questions are in the form of objective-type multiple-choice questions. The total time allotted for the exam is 60 minutes.

The NABARD Grade A exam is conducted in three phases – the Preliminary, Mains, and Interview. The Phase 1 Exam is qualifying in nature and carries 200 marks. The Phase 2 Exam has two papers of 100 marks each. It is an objective type examination. The negative marking of 0.25 marks is applied on every wrong answer.

During the preliminary exam, the candidate will be required to answer a total of eight different sections. This test will have a special focus on rural development. It will also include a test of English language, reasoning, and quantitative aptitude.

In the Mains exam, there will be an essay writing and a descriptive paper. This examination will be an objective type with questions pertaining to Economics & Social Issues and Agriculture & Rural Development. The total duration of the exam will be two hours.
