Results
Thousands of candidates have applied for the Delhi Police vacancy in 2022. The recruitment process was conducted on 10 October to 20 October in CBT mode. Several candidates were selected based on their performance in the exam. The list of selected candidates will be announced in the near future.
The SSC staff selection commission (SSC) has announced the results of the paper-II of Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police and CAPFs Examination, 2020. The SSC has released the ‘Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police and CAPFs Exam, 2020’ answer key on its website.
The SSC will soon announce the results of the Head Constable (Ministerial) recruitment examination on its official website. The SSC will fill 554 vacancies in this cadre and is likely to release the Delhi Police HC Result in January or February of 2022.
Marks
Besides being a basic test of your skills and knowledge, Delhi Police Exame has several other features. For instance, cut-off marks play a vital role in determining the number of qualified applicants. In addition to the minimum qualifying marks, cut off is also based on the difficulty level of the question paper.
To get an idea about the cut-off, candidates can look at the cut-off for the previous year. This will help them to analyze the likelihood of selection in the upcoming Delhi Police HC Ministerial Examination. The official cut-off is usually announced along with the result.
The cut-off for Delhi Police Head Constable Recruitment (2022) is based on various factors. The cut-off varies from category to category. For example, the general category female cut-off for the Delhi Police Constable Exame 2021 was estimated to be 68-72.
Eligibility criteria
Applicants must have passed 10+2 from a recognized school board. They must also be bona fide citizens of India. They must be free from any physical defects and diseases. If any applicant is found to be fraudulently claiming the status, they may be permanently barred from the examination.
Candidates applying under the General Category must be at least 170 cms in height. The height of women in this category should not be less than 152 cms. The Physical Endurance and Measurement Test (PE&MT) will be conducted by Delhi Police. The Delhi Police will not entertain any claims or appeals against PE&MT.
The Delhi Police Constable Examination is held in three stages. The first stage is a Computer Based Test (CBT). The second stage is a Written Test and the third stage is an Interview. The CBT is conducted in English and Hindi. It is an objective multiple choice type exam. The test consists of 100 questions. There is a negative marking of 0.25 marks for every wrong answer.
Age limit
Those who are willing to apply for the Delhi Police recruitment will have to comply with certain age limit. The age requirement for applying is a minimum of 18 years and a maximum of 25 years. Applicants must be bona fide citizens of India. They must also possess a valid driving license.
A candidate must be in good health and free from diseases. He or she must also be in possession of a valid passport. Candidates who have passed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board are eligible. They will have to submit an application form along with the documents required.
The exam is conducted by the Staff Selection Commission. It is a combined competitive examination for the recruitment of sub-inspectors in the Central Armed Police Forces in the Delhi Police. Those who qualify for the written test will then have to appear for a physical endurance and measurement test (PE&MT). Those who pass the test will be eligible for the next round of the examination.
